Hosting is Cool

Hosting an artist is a rewarding experience. Make new friends and connections, and enjoy the perks and immerse yourself in the PAL experience.

One of the most delightful surprises to come out of this year's Plein Air festival is how many people came up to us at the Gala and offered to Host a painter next year. One person in particular told us that a group of 5 neighbors each want to host to create an artist colony in their neighborhood!

This year's event was so successful that more community members want to be a part of Plein Air Litchfield in a significant way. There are benefits to hosting. Hosts receive complimentary invites to the Artist Meet & Greet at the beginning of PAL, the VIP Preview Party & Sale, and the Gala.

The Artists also made new friends and had family dinners with their hosts, gifts were exchanged, and plans made for the future. They all got more than was anticipated from the experience.

​The cultural benefits to our neighbors and friends are multi faceted, from 

​fine art appreciation, history and education, to connecting and relationships.
