In the months leading up to PAL, the Oliver Wolcott Library
will design rotating displays of books on Plein Air Painting, and enlist the Libraries in the county, who will see painters working in their communities,
to do the same.
Plein Air Practice Sessions are Scheduled right up to the start of
PAL 2026.
